Shipping
Policy
We offer free UPS Ground® shipping on all orders over $150.00. What this
means is: If your total purchase - excluding sales tax - exceeds $149.99 we will
ship your products to you and pay for UPS Ground® shipping.
If
you want to use a faster method of shipping all you have to do is select it from
among the choices on the checkout page. You will be given a discount equivalent
to our cost to ship the packages to you by UPS Ground®. The result of all of this
formulating is shown as the "Shipping" charge on your invoice page.
Second Day Air
shipping is more expensive, as you may know, but if your pre-tax order total
is $150.00 or more you can save probably $7 to $17 dollars - more if your order
is very heavy.
Guarantee
BackPackJacks.com guarantees it's products for a period of 30 days from the date of
purchase. After 30 days you (the customer) should refer to the manufacturer's
warranty. We select our manufacturers by the high quality of their workmanship and materials as well as their attitude towards customer service. Our customers (you) are their customers as well. You will be treated with respect and deference.
We would like to hear of any customer service problems related to our manufacturers.
Return
Policy
Anything may be returned within 30 days of the order date for any reason - no questions asked! Items must be in the original packaging and suitable for resale. Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Merchandise
Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately at no charge. Please notify us at support@backPackJacks.com if such an event occurs.
Order Cancellations
Cancelled orders will be credited in the full amount only if the items have not yet shipped. An order that is cancelled while in transit will be treated as a return and will therefore be subject to the 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
